MemoBill (“เรา”) ให้บริการผู้ช่วยทำบัญชีสำหรับร้านค้าและธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก ผู้ใช้ส่งรูปบิล ใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี และสลิปโอนเงินผ่าน LINE Official Account หรือเว็บแอป app.memobill.app จากนั้น AI จะอ่านข้อมูล แยกรายรับ-รายจ่าย จับคู่บิลกับสลิป สรุปรายเดือน และส่งออกไฟล์ Excel/ZIP ให้สำนักงานบัญชี นอกจากนี้ยังออกใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ และใบเสร็จรับเงินให้ลูกค้าได้ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และใช้กับทั้งเว็บไซต์ memobill.app เว็บแอป app.memobill.app และ LINE Official Account ของ MemoBill
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้: ชื่อที่แสดงและรหัสผู้ใช้ LINE (เราไม่ได้รับเบอร์โทรหรืออีเมลจาก LINE), ชื่อผู้ใช้และชื่อ-นามสกุลที่คุณกรอก, ตำแหน่ง และลายเซ็นที่คุณบันทึก
- ข้อมูลกิจการ: ชื่อบริษัท/ร้าน เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี สาขา ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร เลขพร้อมเพย์และบัญชีธนาคารที่คุณใส่ไว้สำหรับแสดงบนใบแจ้งหนี้
- เอกสารที่คุณส่ง: รูปหรือไฟล์ PDF ของบิล ใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี สลิปโอนเงิน รูปประกอบ และข้อมูลที่อ่านได้จากเอกสาร ซึ่งอาจมีชื่อ เลขภาษี เบอร์โทร หรือเลขบัญชีบางส่วนของบุคคลอื่น เช่น ร้านค้าหรือผู้รับเงิน
- ข้อมูลลูกค้าของคุณ: ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เลขผู้เสียภาษี และเบอร์โทรของลูกค้าที่คุณกรอกเมื่อออกใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ หรือใบเสร็จ
- ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: ประวัติการแก้ไขรายการ เวลาที่ใช้งาน และหลักฐานการชำระค่าบริการ
- ข้อมูลจาก Google (เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกเชื่อม Google Drive): อีเมลของบัญชี Google ที่เชื่อม และสิทธิ์เข้าถึงแบบ drive.file ดูรายละเอียดในข้อ 4
- ผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์ memobill.app: ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคตามปกติของการเข้าเว็บ เช่น IP address ชนิดเบราว์เซอร์ และหน้าที่เปิด เพื่อความปลอดภัยและดูสถิติการเข้าชม
2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร
- ให้บริการตามที่คุณใช้: อ่านเอกสารด้วย AI จัดเก็บ จับคู่บิลกับสลิป สรุปรายรับ-รายจ่าย ออกเอกสารขาย และส่งออกไฟล์ให้สำนักงานบัญชี (ฐานสัญญา)
- เพิ่มความแม่นยำเฉพาะกิจการของคุณ เช่น จดจำชื่อร้านและหมวดหมู่ที่คุณเคยบันทึก ข้อมูลนี้ใช้ภายในบริษัทของคุณเท่านั้น
- เรียกเก็บค่าบริการ ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ ดูแลความปลอดภัยของระบบ และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย (ฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายและหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย)
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเอกสารของคุณเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ใช้เอกสารของคุณฝึกโมเดล AI
3. ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลภายนอก
- Anthropic (Claude API): ส่งรูปเอกสารเพื่อให้ AI อ่านข้อมูล ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ ซึ่งไม่นำข้อมูลที่ส่งผ่าน API ไปฝึกโมเดลโดยค่าเริ่มต้น
- LY Corporation (LINE): รับส่งข้อความและไฟล์ผ่าน LINE Official Account
- ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์และเครือข่าย (เช่น Cloudflare): จัดเก็บและรับส่งข้อมูลอย่างปลอดภัย
- Backblaze (B2 Cloud Storage): เก็บไฟล์สำรองข้อมูลแบบเข้ารหัส เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะผู้ให้บริการ ใช้กู้คืนเมื่อระบบขัดข้อง เก็บไม่เกิน 90 วัน
- Google (เฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกเชื่อม Google Drive): ส่งไฟล์ของบริษัทคุณไปเก็บใน Google Drive ของคุณเอง
ผู้ประมวลผลบางรายอาจเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย โดยมีมาตรการคุ้มครองตามสัญญาของผู้ให้บริการนั้น
4. การเชื่อม Google Drive (เลือกใช้)
เจ้าของบริษัทเลือกเชื่อม Google Drive ของตัวเองได้ เพื่อให้ MemoBill คัดลอกบิล สลิป และไฟล์สรุปรายเดือนไปเก็บสำรองไว้ใน Drive ของลูกค้าเอง เมื่อกดเชื่อม เราขอสิทธิ์จาก Google เพียง 2 อย่าง:
- อีเมลของบัญชี Google (openid, email): เพื่อแสดงในแอปว่าเชื่อมกับบัญชีไหน
- drive.file: ให้ MemoBill สร้างและอัปเดตได้เฉพาะไฟล์และโฟลเดอร์ที่ MemoBill สร้างเอง (โฟลเดอร์ “MemoBill – ชื่อบริษัท”) เราไม่สามารถเห็น อ่าน แก้ไข หรือลบไฟล์อื่นใน Drive ของคุณ
เราใช้สิทธิ์นี้เพื่ออัปโหลดเอกสารของบริษัทคุณไปยัง Drive ของคุณเท่านั้น ไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา ไม่ขาย ไม่ส่งต่อให้บุคคลอื่น และไม่ให้คนของเราเปิดอ่าน เว้นแต่คุณขอให้ช่วยแก้ปัญหา หรือจำเป็นเพื่อความปลอดภัยหรือตามกฎหมาย สิทธิ์ระยะยาว (refresh token) ที่ได้รับจาก Google ถูกเข้ารหัสก่อนจัดเก็บ คุณยกเลิกการเชื่อมได้ทุกเมื่อที่เมนู “บริษัท” ในแอป หรือที่ myaccount.google.com/permissions เมื่อยกเลิก เราลบสิทธิ์นั้นทันที ส่วนไฟล์ที่ส่งไปแล้วเป็นของคุณและยังอยู่ใน Drive ของคุณ
5. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลตลอดช่วงที่คุณใช้บริการ เมื่อเจ้าของลบบริษัท ข้อมูลและไฟล์จะถูกลบจากระบบทันที และจากไฟล์สำรองภายใน 90 วัน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บต่อ เอกสารบัญชีตามกฎหมายต้องเก็บ 5 ปี กรุณาส่งออก (Export) เก็บไว้ก่อนลบ
6. สิทธิของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ ระงับการใช้ คัดค้าน และขอโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ รวมถึงถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ เจ้าของบริษัทส่งออกข้อมูลทั้งหมด หรือลบบริษัทพร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้เองที่เมนู “บริษัท” ในแอป หรือติดต่อเราตามข้อ 8
7. ความปลอดภัย
เชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) ทุกหน้า จำกัดสิทธิ์ให้เห็นข้อมูลได้เฉพาะสมาชิกของแต่ละบริษัทตามบทบาท ลิงก์ไฟล์ที่ส่งใน LINE มีอายุจำกัด และสำรองข้อมูลแบบเข้ารหัสเป็นประจำ

Privacy Policy (English summary)
What MemoBill is. MemoBill is a bookkeeping assistant for small businesses in Thailand. Users send photos of receipts, tax invoices and bank transfer slips through our LINE Official Account or the web app at app.memobill.app. AI reads each document, records it as income or expense, matches bills with payment slips, produces monthly summaries and exports Excel/ZIP files for the user’s accountant. Users can also issue quotations, invoices and receipts to their own customers.
Data we collect. LINE display name and user ID; the name, position and signature you enter; business details (name, tax ID, branch, address, phone, PromptPay and bank details for invoices); the documents you upload and the data read from them; customer details you enter on sales documents; usage and billing records; and, only if you connect Google Drive, your Google account email address.
How we use it. Only to provide the service (reading, storing, matching and summarising your documents, issuing sales documents and exporting files), to bill for the service, to keep the system secure and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your documents to train AI models.
Sharing. We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Anthropic (AI document reading via API), LY Corporation (LINE messaging), hosting and network providers such as Cloudflare, Backblaze (encrypted backups kept up to 90 days), and Google (only when you connect Google Drive).
Google user data. Connecting Google Drive is optional. We request only the openid and email scopes, to show which Google account is connected, and the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope, which lets MemoBill create and update only the files and folders that MemoBill itself creates in your Drive (a folder named “MemoBill – <company name>”). We cannot see, read, change or delete any other file in your Drive. We use this access solely to upload your own company’s receipts, slips and monthly summary files into your Drive as a backup. Your Google data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not transferred to any third party. Our staff do not read it unless you ask us for support, or it is needed for security or to comply with the law. The refresh token we receive from Google is encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from the “Company” page in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the token immediately; files already uploaded stay in your Drive and belong to you.
MemoBill’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and your rights. We keep data while you use the service. When an owner deletes a company, its data is deleted from our system immediately and from backups within 90 days, unless the law requires longer retention. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
